What if the data in My Profile is incorrect?
You can edit certain information such as contact details by clicking Edit in the relevant page such as Company Information, Compliance Details, Services Coverage etc.
Will I get prompted that my compliance documents are due to expire?
Yes you will receive an Email one month before a compliance document is due to expire and a notification via Compliance Actions on the Dashboard page.
How do I change my Subcontractor Hub account password?
You can change your password in the Company Information section of via My Profile.
How do I change my prices?
Prices can be amended during a specific timeframe that will be advised by the Veolia Subcontractor Team. It is possible to have different rate cards for different areas of the country that you service and even for a specific customer if you have agreed national rates with them. Changes are made in the 'Rate Cards' section in 'My Profile'
Is it required to upload my invoices to the hub?
It is not required but it will be a useful repository for your invoices and allow us to provide status on your invoices in the future.
